SupportMe is a fundraising platform, enabling you to choose the artist you which to support (“Artist”), download our Extension (as defined below), and while enjoying the extension’s enhancing features, certain percentage of the revenues received by the Company out of your use of the search features available through the Extension, will be donated to the Artist you have chosen.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) will govern the use of the following products, operated and developed by Kinner Lake Ltd (“Company”):(Collectively “SupportMe Services”):
These Terms are binding and enforceable agreement between you, a user accessing and, installing and using our Extension, or otherwise browsing our website (“user” or “you”) and the Company.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING OUR SERVICES AND ANY FEATURE PROVIDED THEREIN.
By browsing our website, installing or using the Extension (including by clicking the “ADD TO CHROME”, “INSTALL”, or similar button), or by otherwise using our SupportMe Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the provisions set forth below, or otherwise prohibited from accepting an agreement or using our SupportMe Services under applicable law, you may not install, access or use the SupportMe Services or any feature available therein. Furthermore, you must be of legal competence and appropriate age under applicable law to agree and enter into these Terms, and at least 16 years old. In any event you are under 18, we encourage you to review these Terms with your adult legal guardians. You hereby represent and warrant that you are either the owner or an authorized user of the device in which you install this Extension, and such installation and use of the Extension shall be only in accordance with our instructions.
Account & Your Supported Artist: Prior to downloading the Extension, you will be requested to sign up and create an account (“Account”). You will choose the Artist you wish to support, through the list of Artists provided therein. You will be able to change the Artist at any time.
Extension Features & Sponsored Search Results: The Extension is a browser add-on that changes your browsers' new tab setting to Yahoo’s default search solution. When you use the extension, sponsored search results will be included in your search results page, e.g., search results on behalf of third-party advertisers, provided based on your searches. These sponsored search results are not provided by Google and we generate revenues by enabling the placement of such ads.
Notwithstanding the above, the search results will links to third parties’ content, websites or other digital assets which are not operated, owned or developed by us, nor do we have any control on. We do not monitor, review or endorses any such third party content or links and we are not responsible for its accuracy, safety, security or legality.
License: You are hereby granted with a personal license to download access and use the Extension. This license is subject to your compliance with the provisions set forth under these Terms and is limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, and intended solely for your non-commercial use.
SupportMe Website: Our SupportMe website further provides information and resources about the SupportMe Services and additional content related thereto, including contact information, images, text, logos, button icons, links, download files, other specialized content, documentation, data, and related graphics and other features (collectively, the “Content”). In addition, the website provides you with communications means which you can use to contact us.
Please note that SupportMe is not a financial institution, merchant, creditor, charity, advisor or broker of any kind, and we do not guarantee or endorse any Artist.
Except as explicitly provided herein, we reserve all rights and interests in and to the SupportMe Services and Content. These intellectual property rights includes trademarks, service marks, components, code, protocols, software, etc. and any derivatives thereof, are and shall be at all times our or our licensors property, and are protected by international copyright, trademarks, patents and other related legislation. Please note that, you are prohibited from using any copyrights or trademarks related notice, as well as deletion or removal of such proprietary rights notices placed in the Extension or website. Further, note that, any images of the Artists belongs exclusively to such Artist or whom on its behalf and your use of the SupportMe Extension does not grant you any license I or to the Artist’s intellectual property.
At any time, at our sole discretion and without providing any notification (prior or otherwise) we will be entitled to update, modify, revise, or change any component, features and functionality of the SupportMe Services, including with regards to the list of available Artists you may support. Please note that, following installation of the Extension, it will communicate with our servers to request automatic updates when we release a new version. You hereby agree to the automatic download and install of such updates. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we have no obligation to provide upgrades or updates.

We provide you with the SupportMe Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and except as explicitly provided herein, we hereby disclaim any and all warranties related to the SupportMe Services, express or implied, and including, without limitation, any warranties regarding non infringement, merchantability or fitness of the SupportMe Services for a particular purpose of use. Furthermore, we do not represent or warrant that the SupportMe Services will be error free, secured, free of any malicious components, viruses, etc., or that the use of the SupportMe Services will be accessible or available at all times, and we do not warrant we will correct any errors or defects. We will not bear responsibility or liability for damages, which may occur as a result of use of the SupportMe Services, which includes damage for device, loss of data, etc. Any use of the SupportMe Services shall be at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the SupportMe Services, your sole alternative is to discontinue or terminate your use.
Notwithstanding the above, in any event we and our affiliates, respective officers, directors, employees and agents, vendors, distributors and third party licensors will be liable or responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the SupportMe Services. This will also apply to damages resulting from lost of profits, business or business opportunity, goodwill, etc. or any other intangible loss, even if we were advised of the possibility regarding such damages. Please note that, in the event your applicable jurisdiction do not allow the limitation of liability above, our limitation of liability will be to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold us and our affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, contractors, employees, directors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers and partners, harmless from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the SupportMe Services which infringes these Terms or any applicable law.
Our privacy practices and data collection related to the use of the SupportMe Services are explained and detailed in our Privacy Policy available at: Privacy Policy. It is highly recommended to review our Privacy Policy prior to your use of the SupportMe Services and periodically.
In the event you have any dispute with us, you hereby agree to first contact us at: supportme@kinner-inc.com in order to try and resolve the dispute informally. In the event we were not able to resolve the dispute that way, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with the SupportMe Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
We may revise these Terms at our sole discretion and at any time, without notice. In the event of changes that we believe will materially affect your rights, we will make best efforts to provide a notification. Any revisions will be effective as of the date stated below under “Last Updated”. Any use of the SupportMe Services following the publication of the revised Terms will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by these revisions.
These Terms constitutes the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the use of our SupportMe Services. These Terms shall be effective upon your use of the SupportMe Services. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Extension and cease any use or cease use of our website, as applicable. We will not be liable for the termination, suspension, removal of any access to or use of the SupportMe Services or any part thereof. Any provisions, which by their nature are intended to survive termination of these Terms, shall survive. If any provision of these Terms are held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and such decision shall not affect the enforceability of such provision under other circumstances, or of the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances. These Terms and any license or right granted herein may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms to any third party at our sole discretion. Our failure to enforce any rights or to take action in the event of breach of these Terms shall not be deemed as a waiver of such rights or of subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.
